That’s not this recipe at all, in fact, my kids will get excited for my homemade pizza nights because of this tried and true recipe that focuses on a few details to make it delicious!

Time needed: 25 minutes
Homemade Healthy Pizza Recipe (I typically double this recipe for our family of four)
- Set Oven to 400 Degrees
- 1 Whole Egg
Crack into a medium sized bowl
- 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
Whisk together with egg in medium sized bowl til well blended.
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
I like Himlayan Pink Salt or Iodized Salt
- 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
Whisk together all ingredients at this step
- 1 Scoop of Unflavored Protein
This brand on Amazon is the best for kids and adults alike.
- 1 1/4 Cups Flour
Add gradually mixing as you go so it starts to form a dough structure.
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Add one tablespoon to the mixture, and the second tablespoon to the rolling pin as your stretching and spreading the dough
- Prepare parchment paper and roll out, stretch and pull dough to spread to about 1/8″ high
- Add toppings!
One of my favorite pizzas to make at home is a everything bagel dip mixed with ranch sauce, freshly grated mozzarella cheese (this always melts better than pre-shredded bags), bacon and grilled chicken on top. Add fresh basil for a real authentic taste!
- Cook for about 10-15 mins.
A sure fire sign your pizza is done is when the cheese in the middle is bubbling.
